Rules for Participating in Group Portuguese Classes
- Initial Contact
- The interested student must send me a message via WhatsApp expressing their interest in participating in the class.
- Class Confirmation and Payment Link
- The classes will be confirmed and the payment link will be sent to students only after reaching the minimum number of 3 confirmed students.
- If the minimum number of 3 students is not reached 24 hours before the class, I will inform the interested students about the cancellation, and the payment will not be requested.
- Identification Information
- After sending the payment link, the student must provide the exact name they will use to enter the virtual classroom so that I can identify them and grant access. Only those with the previously provided identification name will be allowed entry.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In case of cancellation, the student is entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the class start time.
- Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason.
- Participation Conditions
- The student must make the payment within the indicated deadline after receiving the payment link to secure their spot.
- By making the payment, the student agrees to the established rules and the refund policy, including the cancellation deadlines.
- Non-attendance at the class does not entitle the student to a refund, as the spot was reserved.

- Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in restrictions for participation in future classes.
